Chris Bruce is an award winning product and technology leader.
He shares a strong passion for the decentralized web and considers blockchain the enabling technology. With a strong background in both product and engineering, he has served on the founding teams of several venture-backed startups with exits to Electronic Arts and Mattel.
Over the last decade, he has focused on launching consumer electronic products that fuse hardware, software, and machine learning. He was an early advisor to Helium and had previously co-founded two companies with the Helium founders.
Tushar Jain is the President of the Decentralized Wireless Alliance and a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Multicoin Capital, a thesis-driven investment firm that invests in cryptocurrencies, tokens, and blockchain companies reshaping trillion-dollar markets.
Prior to founding Multicoin, Jain co-founded ePatientFinder, a healthcare IT company that leverages data science to identify eligible patients for clinical trials. Serving as COO, he led development of the technology platform, data science processes, and managed the day-to-day operations of the company. He also helped raise over $11M in venture capital and grew the company to 25 employees, with over 2 million patients, and hundreds of clients nationwide before eventually being acquired by Elligo Health Research in May, 2018.
Originally from New York City, Jain holds degrees in Finance and Political Science from NYU Stern and now lives in Austin, Texas.
Scott Sigel is the Head of Operations for the Decentralized Wireless Alliance. He works closely with stakeholders across the Helium ecosystem to improve network infrastructure while also growing the worldwide community of contributors.
Prior to DeWi, Scott worked with the leadership teams at Solana and Arweave on various strategic initiatives.
Jamie Wilkinson is an American entrepreneur and software developer. He was the co-founder and CEO of the Internet video startup VHX, acquired by Vimeo in 2015, and most recently served as the Chief Product Officer at Kickstarter, a crowdfunding platform for creative projects.
He is the co-creator of the popular Internet culture database Know Your Meme, won a Primetime Emmy for his work on the crowdsourced film Star Wars Uncut, and was a founding member of the Free Art & Technology Lab (FAT), an art collective working in copyright, privacy, and digital pop culture. His work has been featured on NBC, TIME, CNN, the New York Times, the permanent collection of the MoMA and the front page of YouTube.

Make it as easy as possible for a diverse ecosystem of organizations to produce and deploy Helium mining equipment
Promote the development of the Helium Network worldwide
Educate the public on the value of decentralized wireless networks
Encourage developers and businesses to be built on the Helium Network through education, business development, and USD or HNT grants
Support and manage the Helium Improvement Proposal (HIP) process
